YOU MAY BE A STRONG FIT IF YOU HAVE EXPERIENCE WITH
- Managing daily operations across programs, teams, or facilities in federal or DoD environments
- Business process analysis, mapping, and improvement (current state / future state)
- Strategic planning, operational roadmaps, and performance monitoring
- Identifying and resolving operational bottlenecks across complex organizations
- Resource planning, capacity management, and prioritization
- Ensuring compliance with government, security, or regulatory requirements
- Continuity of operations planning (COOP) or organizational resilience
- Managing high-visibility initiatives in mission-critical environments
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field — or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of experience in operations, mission support, or program coordination
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills in fast-paced environments
- Experience supporting federal, DoD, or intelligence community clients preferred
- Active U.S. security clearance may be required (TS/SCI preferred for IC-focused roles)
NICE TO HAVE
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or higher
- Military operational planning experience
- ITIL or enterprise service delivery familiarity
- Experience with federal acquisition or contracting support
- Continuity of operations (COOP) planning experience
- PMP or equivalent project management credential
