BG4Y operates at the intersection of strategy and mission execution. We seek senior Mission Coordination and Strategic Operations professionals who have worked at the enterprise or IC/DoD level and who can shape, advise, and lead high-consequence programs with minimal supervision.

YOU MAY BE A STRONG FIT IF YOU HAVE EXPERIENCE WITH
- Advising senior executive leadership on strategic priorities and operational risk
- Coordinating across multi-agency or multi-command environments
- Developing and executing strategic plans at the enterprise or national level
- Federal acquisition strategy, source selection support, or contract oversight
- Risk management, program assessment, and performance reporting
- Congressional or interagency coordination and stakeholder engagement
- IC or DoD mission planning and operational readiness
- Leading programs with significant national security implications
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field — advanced degree strongly preferred
- 10+ years of experience in senior-level operational, strategic, or advisory roles
- Experience at the IC, DoD, or federal agency enterprise level
- Demonstrated ability to operate independently and advise executive stakeholders
- Active TS/SCI clearance strongly preferred — CI Polygraph a significant advantage
NICE TO HAVE
- Military senior officer or SES / equivalent civilian background
- FAR/DFAR and federal acquisition lifecycle experience
- ODNI or multi-IC agency coordination experience
- PMP, PgMP, or executive leadership credentials
- Strategic communications or executive briefing background
- Experience with ODNI IC CHCO, NGA, or DIA programs
