YOU MAY BE A STRONG FIT IF YOU HAVE EXPERIENCE WITH

• Federal human capital strategy, workforce planning, and succession planning
• Organizational design and restructuring in government or enterprise environments
• Change management planning, communications, and stakeholder engagement
• Leadership development program design and delivery
• Training needs assessment, curriculum development, and facilitation
• Performance management frameworks and competency model development
• HR systems such as PeopleSoft, USA Staffing, or similar platforms
• Diversity, equity, inclusion, and accessibility (DEIA) initiatives

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in human capital, HR, or workforce development roles
• Experience supporting federal government agencies or DoD/IC programs preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Active U.S. security clearance may be required depending on the opportunity

NICE TO HAVE

• SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR certification
• Prosci ADKAR or other change management certification
• Experience with OPM workforce frameworks
• Lean Six Sigma or process improvement background
• Facilitation or executive coaching credentials
• IC or DoD human capital program experience
