YOU MAY BE A STRONG FIT IF YOU HAVE EXPERIENCE WITH
- Building and maintaining dashboards, reports, and data visualizations (Power BI, Tableau)
- Data cleaning, transformation, and analysis using Excel, Python, R, or SQL
- Performance metrics development and KPI tracking for operational programs
- Translating complex data sets into executive-level insights and briefings
- AI/ML tool implementation or automation workflows
- Business process analysis and improvement using data-driven methods
- Integrating analytics into operational workflows for federal or commercial clients
- Responsible AI practices and governance frameworks
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or related role
- Proficiency in at least one visualization platform (Power BI or Tableau required)
- Strong analytical thinking and ability to communicate findings to non-technical audiences
- Active U.S. security clearance may be required depending on the opportunity
NICE TO HAVE
- Microsoft Certified: Data Analyst Associate (Power BI)
- Experience supporting federal or DoD/IC analytics programs
- Python or R for data analysis and automation
- AI/ML platform experience (Azure ML, AWS SageMaker)
- Lean Six Sigma or process improvement background
- Experience with enterprise data governance
